Insurance Certificate
Irving Street Lofts has an insurance policy which insures the building and its systems. The cost of this insurance is funded by the Association as a part of Home Owner Association's monthly fees. Attached is a copy of ISL's present insurance certificate.
Annual Insurance Letter for Unit Owners
The annual insurance letter for unit owners is designed to assist owners in:
purchasing their own insurance
filing claims
ordering certificates of insurance
